The hotel was extremely customer friendly with the staff at breakfast time working very hard and always pleasant and with a smile to make the customers experience a good one. There were eight people in the group and all of us said that when, not if, we visit Palma again as individuals, we will use the same hotel.

Top Tip:
Excellent choice and variety of restaurants with varied menus within walking distance of hotel. Day trip by train and tram to Soller is excellent and well worth the effort. Cathedral visit is good.
