I was looking at this hotel for a company event. The single rooms are rather small with poor views but otherwise a great hotel for what we need. Although the Jazz isn't on a Wednesday which is a shame so the bar closes earlier. The old town is few minutes walk away, very near all the restaurants in both touristy and cool area and not far from the marina and the sea.

Top Tip

Great bike / walking track to wander as far as you want along the sea front.

ideally located for all amenities, restaurants etc - we asked for a room on top floor, on the front, but were given a room overlooking the pool - which was quiet, but the room was a little tired looking compared to others which had been renovated. The breakfast was amazing, and the jazz bar good fun.

Top Tip

Take a map out with you when walking - you can easily walk round in circles. Go to the market - a must see for so many fantastic fruits/vegs. La Vinya Wine Bar is run by a very sweet young man who seems very knowledgeable about wines from the region. We did not have one bad experience in any restaurant -food was amazing and stick to the house wine - also excellent. Dont attempt Sollar on the tram on a rainy day as everyone else does - gets very cramped and uncomfortable. Also watch out for times of train back to Palma. There is a big gap. All in all the Sartatoga and Palma were wonderful.

Great Hotel - Jazz bar a must, breakfast everything you could ask for. Room cleaned/towels/toiletries replenished every day. Pool on upper level great area to chill.

Top Tip

Train to Soller is a must. Had a Fabulous evening meal at Fabrica 23,Calle Cotoner 42-44, Santa Catalina. Beach a 20 mins stroll. Designer shops around the corner,

The room was noise could hear people next door, children shouting. Basicly you can not have a sleep in the afternoon. The staff was very helpfull but the rooms were basic for a 4 star hotel It deserves 3 stars.

Excellent location for the Cathedral,old town and shops.

Top Tip

The number 1 bus from Palma airport stops very near the hotel (second stop on the Passaig Mallorca) and at a cost of 1.85 Euros is considerably cheaper than a taxi.

Lovely rooftop sitting area with glass screens to protect from any wind.Pleasant and helpfull staff.Excellent breakfast menu.Good parking easy to get to from the airport.A bit confusing if coming in from the other direction.

Top Tip

I cant remember the names of the restaurants we used but turning right from the Hotel we found several good Tapas places within easy walking distance.
