Perfect location opposite the front, an easy walk in to Palma. Delicious breakfast which can be enjoyed on the terrace looking out at the yachts!
Top Tip
A lovely Italian restaurant about 100metres from the hotel, authentic food and good service.

centrally located and very convenient for the cruise ships. the hotel allowed us to use their facilities on the return when we were not staying at the hotel. sea views are excellent from the hotel.
Top Tip
sightseeing hop on hop off bus quite good for the city tours. the main restaurant area is about a mile plus from the hotel.

Staff very efficient, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast superb especially as you can eat out on the terrace in the sun overlooking the harbour. Rooms v good. swimming pool disappointing though.
Top Tip
Not far to walk into the old part of Palma. The restaurant opposite on the waterfront is a lovely place to sit and have a leisurely lunch.

the staff were all very friendly and spoke great english and understood our limited spanish. good tapas in the bar too, for a quick snack. And its only a 15-20 min walk to the old town and the cathedral, which is well worth a visit.
Top Tip
there are loads of great restaurants along the same road as the hotel, heading south from the city.

The take it or leave it attitude to evening meals is not good. One would at least expect a choice at a four star hotel. We ate out on our second night.

Excelent Staff. Very clean hotel.
Top Tip
Superb breakfast only if you want full english get down early as most people eat the superb continental fruit breakfast and the eggs are not so good sitting around.
