Professional, friendly and helpful. Staff downloaded local bus timetables for me. Within easy reach of port, cathedral, shops, eating places and main bus station for getting around Palma or visiting nearby villages. Would recommend and definitely use again.
Top Tip
Ice lolly shop across the road called "stickroom"
Surrounding side streets filled with great choice of tapas bars
Cathedral a must
Visit to Valldemosa a must

Beautful hotel in the center. Great breakfasts. the locatin is is close enough to walk to main monuments as for example the cathedral. The staff is friendaly and most helpful.
Top Tip
Of course, don't miss the cathedral which was enhanced by the architectural and liturgical genius of Antoni Gaudi.

I loved this hotel. The staff make it what it is; they're so charming, helpful, cheerful, and patient. The room I had - no. 702- I was very happy with - view of cathedral, glimpse of the sea, even though I suspect it wasnt one of their best. The heating was wonderful [Nov.]

Everything's within walking distance. Use the internet cafe L.H.S of park between train station and bus station. Cheaper than hotel. Nice bar opp.& to L.of hotel, by bus stop.
