Stayed here last year and enjoyed the views from the room and the fact that there was no traffic noise due to the location, hence re-booked this year. Elderly and infirm travellers may find the steep steps and walk up to the hotel challenging but it was worth it for the views of the harbour.Good varfiety of breakfast, friendly staff. Will come again.

Top Tip
Get no. 3 bus from Porto Pi and go to Ses Illetes, a 20 minute, 1.25 euro ride to a lovley beach reminscent of Lulworth cove.Not much to do in Porto Pi unless you like Pizza hut, but 20 minutes walk gets you to the harbour. one hour walk gets you to centre of Palma, or take the no 1 bus and be there in 10 minutes.

Room basic and clean with nice jacuzzi bath. Great views over marina and port. Hotel is a steep climb up a hill so not suited if you have problems walking. Breakfast and evening meal are basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus ride is 10-15 minutes into Palma centre

Great view overlooking the cruise ships and harbour Very friendly staff Good Food modest price. On main bus route (No 46 Pelterrono)Don't expect 5 star acommodation at a 2 star price. We will come here again and again

Ask for a sea view and a high floor!Take some bonoculars! Taxi cost 21 euros from the airport so we chose the No 1 bus We got on this bus at its' airport departure stop to avoid the crush. (2 Euro each)40 minutes later after traveling through the centre of Palma we got off at the Porto-Pi Shopping Centre at the other end of the bay and took a Taxi up the hill to Horizonte Hotel (4 Euros)

could keep the lift in use at the base of the hotel. Daunting climb, not for the faint hearted. Beautiful views over Palma.

Buses are very good they run on time and are reasonable.

The reception staff were particularly helpful which I really appreciated, but all the staff elsewhere were all very good, pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Top Tip
The local restaurants and things to do locally is very good, although it is a good 10 minute steep walk either up and down some steps to get there, so it would be more difficult for older people.
