We requested upper floor on arrival was given room on 4th floor very dark room with view of a brick wall! When we asked to change we did get one on 6th floor.
As a vegetarian I was treated like an alien the staff were VERY unhelpful could not believe poor attitude when we asked to change from half board to just breakfast we were presented with a vegetarian menu! Although we were told we would have to have what was on the menu initially presented because that was THE menu.
Also the service was so slow we sat down at 7.30 we did not leave restaurant until 21.40. The 3rd night we asked the waiter for the vegetarian menu he just walked off 15 minutes later we asked another waiter where upon we did get a menu.

Fabulous hotel on the edge of Palma.15mins from airport and 5 mins from centre of Palma by taxi.
Right on the beach.
Champagne breakfast included!
Pricey bar.
Excellent facilities

Eating and drinking at hotel is expensive. But super beach. you do have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach £4.50 each per day. Free in hotel grounds.
Get drinks/water from the shop next door. Great local restaurant on the corner across the road. Great food and service. Walk left out of the hotel and down the road to little bars (ok for people watching). Palma city is beautiful. Good shopping and lots of culture and fabulous restaurants.

This is an excellent hotel that I would rate as a 4.5 star and not a true 5 star. however, for the price, it was excellent.

This is the type of hotel that is perfect to use for just relaxing, or as a base to visit Palma, Porta Nous, or any other part of the island. The actual surroundings outside the hotel are a bit run down.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff were so friendly and unobtrusive.
Beach at the bottom of the stairs. Not so easy for our friend on crutches to get about but would have similar problem most places. Bars, restaurant and mini supermarket very near hotel but palma town only short cab ride away. Hotel fab, breakfast was brill and very unhurried.

Excellent hotel & facilities. Drinks very expensive. Location - not much to recommend in immediate area, but Palma is a short taxi ride.

The Hotel was lovely and I had asked yourselves to let the Hotel know that it was my friends birthday. Consequently we had champagne in the room and fruit on arrival and a lovely room with terrace. Fantastic.

Bus into Palma is every 10 minutes and very cheap.

A little confusion over the booking at the hotel, no sea view rooms available but one was booked which they did confirm. This meant some stress until it was sorted.

The hotel was not in Palma as advertised, it is in Cala Major, it is a 1-1/2hr walk into the centre of Palma. The bus service though is excellent and gets you to Palma in 15/20mins. The hotel restaurants are very good, however the other eateries in the area are much more basic, which can be good or bad depending on what you want.
