Was impressed with the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel, considering it was a two star hotel. Was also pleased that it had free wifi for guests, though only by getting a code from reception. It's a 7-8 minute walk from Plaza de Espana which is very central and is also close to the main train and bus stations. There's not much to do around the hotel, but it is fairly central, it's about a 15 minute walk to the heart of the old town and the seafront.

It would have been helpful to have some directions to this hotel as spent about 1 1/2 hours looking for it. Also some advice about the parking situation would have been useful as we found the designated parking by sheer luck because we could not park outside the hotel.

The man on reception was incredibly surly and unwelcoming. Once inside, it was quiet with the sort of facilities one would expect from a 2 star hotel.

The hotel is a good 30min walk to the shops and harbour front and in a location away from the main centre.

Top Tip
The hotel does not have air conditioning which meant we were boiling in 36o at the hieght of summer.
